Yeah, I'm a little taken aback here as this has been the norm for what, over 25 years now? The only time I've heard Bama fans bitch about the scheduling was that year it essentially seemed like every team had a bye week before playing us. And let's be honest, if LSU was in that position, they would have bitched too.

Yep. 2010. I believe six teams ended up having a BYE before they played us that season.
