Does anyone know the secret Broth recipe from the LSU vs R Kansas game? it seems to work well for Perkins I believe he tracked down an Olympic Sprinter a few times.

You know I'm a drinker and even I think being wasted on a Monday is too soon.

I've often found in life with great individual or team efforts, there is no secret sauce to create it.

It's just pure and simple give a shite.

Id be drunk too if I had to pull for a team sitting on the couch the first weekend of December. With some fans ready to fire the coach that is the GOAT who started at the school that is and always will be a Monster in Athletics called LSU

Don't even argue with this...

Chicken Bones (previously roasted/cooked, not raw)
3 Large Carrots
1 Large Onion, quartered skin on
1 Bay leaf
3 celery sticks
Handful of fresh parsley
2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp garlic
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Water

Place all ingredients into (Instapot) pot. Pour in apple cider vinegar and cover with water. Secure lid, press manual button. Press the "+" button to increase display to 90 minutes. Make sure pressure valve on top is closed. Once complete, quick release the pressure valve.

Also, depending on your specific Instpot, just get a strainer with a handle that you put everything in, inside the pot. When it is done cooking you just pull the strainer full of chicken and veggies partially out of the pot and tilt it, and let it drain, and then toss the contents when it is drained to your satisfaction.

I'm not kidding, this has been the base of weekly chicken soup for a decade for my kids, and I make beef broth the same way for carnitas. Stick it in Chinese takeout containers and freeze it.

When asked about why No. 7 LSU had chicken broth on the sideline during the Tigers' 13-10 win over Arkansas, the native of Everett, Massachusetts, had a quippy response.
"I prefer clam chowder," Kelly joked. "But they weren't going to go with the New England style."
Kelly then expanded on his response, adding that the salt in the broth helped maintain hydration for the players and the heat of it helped his players stay warm in the below-freezing temperatures in Fayetteville.
"(It was) a combination (LSU Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Nutrition) Dr. Frakes had put together," Kelly said.
The broth helped linebacker Micah Baskerville who, along with a few other LSU players including star freshman Harold Perkins, was battling the flu during Saturday's game."I was really sick," Baskerville said. "So I had to keep myself going, keep myself warm."
At the end of the press conference on Monday, Kelly was asked about his thoughts on Manhattan clam chowder and his response was far from a ringing endorsement.
"I don't know why you would even do that," Kelly said. "That's like putting on mashed potatoes in etouffee."
