As you noted with your post... 'signaling an incomplete pass'... half-way across the field.

He signals something he doesn't really see (a tipped-interception occurring)... then waits for the PayPal notification of transaction complete before throwing a flag... for something else he didn't see.

So your issue isn’t that pass interference occurred, because it was obvious, but rather that the wrong ref threw the flag? That’s why you are melting?

Shouldn't PayPal then deduct $2500 for disinformation?
