You're either coaching it or you're allowing it to happen.

As a Coach you are exactly what your position group puts on tape. Coach Saban has made comments all year about guys not executing the scheme on both sides of the ball. Where is the fire for him to get after coaches asses?? Where is the guy that dog cussed Kiffin on the sidelines? Blame BoB, blame Golding, but blame Coach Saban and the entire freaking staff too. They are alll allowing guys to continue to play every damn week who have shown they cant do the freaking job. Each and every coach is allowing the same guys to make the same mistakes every single game. What happened to having coaches who made players buy into the process and "making their arse quit" mentality. It used to be that every opponent was a faceless opponent and Alabama lined up to just kick their arse every single play... now we have guys that are intimated going into freaking Neyland and have anxiety. I dont blame one player for how Alabama has played recently.. it's on each and every coach that continues to allow them to be on the field when they've shown they cant do the job.
