As someone who has coached and taught high school kids for 20 years, the amazing thing isn’t the knowledge that Saban and other coaches have - but how they’re able to teach these concepts to a bunch of 20 year olds who may be exceptionally gifted physically but aren’t necessarily the brightest people. And the kids can’t take their time and think this shite through in some quiet classroom. They have to execute on the fly in front of 100,000 people.
