Offense has no identity

Unfortunately, the current offense doesn’t seem to have an identity. They are neither a passing team, nor are they a running team. They are neither a tempo team, nor a ball control team. Even under Les, the team had an identity. I may not have liked the identity, but everyone knew that the team was going to lineup and smash it down the opponents throat. There is nothing that this offense can reliably execute.

There's no rhyme or reason to the plays we call. It's like Denbrock is just slapping buttons on a mixer to see what happens. Like that 3rd and 8 swing pass to Josh Williams.

Their penalties are pretty reliable.

Sure it does. Im not defending the sequencing of calls today because there were quite a few head scratchers but this is a super young team that hasn’t played much together and in the SEC that’s really hard to do. Downvote away but the offense this year reminds me of 2018. Lot of guys feeling there way through a league you can’t feel your way through. I’m not predicting a natty next season I just think there are more than a few similarities. Today was shitty and terrible and tables need to be flipped, but let’s not automatically assume BK can’t win big here or there are a million problems that don’t really exist

Because the QB has no intention of throwing down field and the O line has no intention of blocking.

That’s what happens when you have a young OL and a very average QB.
