You act like this has been some new thing when it comes to your migration statement.

Politics play a substantial part but not every GD thing is black and white or "red state/blue state".

Like he said, he's lived there for 30 years and raised a family... just because you don't like how the political landscape is going, doesn't mean your opinion is right.

The reverse migration is a relatively new thing. And the reason is a red state/blue state thing. The blue state policies and beliefs have changed the climate in those states and many of the law-abiding citizens want to get the hell out of there. Many want to go back to an area where family still live. The problem is when they move, they sometimes bring some of the woke relatives with them. Atlanta has become the worst example of the South changing due to this migration. They are bonding with that element that has been there a while and now the blue state mentality has handcuffed the police to the point it has become unlivable there.

Atlanta is located in a very nice part of the State. It is a hub for the South thanks to Hartsfield, but people just want to transition through there enroute to a more desirable location and prefer to lock their car doors and drive like hell. The mentality of those who post on here defending Atlanta is why it will crash and burn before it gets corrected. Just watch what happens in November and see how much darker blue GA becomes.
