I’m actually shocked SEC schools outside of A&M don’t have pep rallies. tu has their Hex Rally, Aggie has Yell Practice, Baylor does something with Baylor line kids…etc etc. For all the tradition of the SEC we learn about, the lack of pep rallies is kinda weird, maybe it’s a Texas thing

We have pep rallies..on homecoming….for the kids. On regular Friday nights most well-adjusted men are or are trying to have sex, with live women. Watching a handful of uniformed fruitcakes prancing around just doesn’t move the needle for most normal people.
