Those are some poor-arse frats, but what’s to be expected at Tennessee. Surprised they have any Greek system at all.

Those houses are in a neighborhood called Fort Sanders near campus. It’s a bunch of old run down houses that college kids rent. My kid lives down there and his mom hates it.
