Texas has the best BBQ.
Even their gas station BBQ Rudy's and Buccees have good BBQ.

Mississippi is the king of great gas station food. Only place I've ever seen work crews line up out the door for a meat and 3 plate plus a fresh dessert at gas stations.
Also, the dive looking, but great tasting Fri-Sat only joints are a delicious uniqueness to MS.
