But, Tennessee should have some ability to reach into Memphis (which produces the necessary thug quota, but is also a hotly contested recruiting ground), Nashville (growing and heading towards full thug potential), and neighboring southern states. Can Tennessee avoid the Nebraska problem? Not to mention that Tennessee has shown to have the worse, dysfunctional school leadership of the two.
