Fearless,

I know you are only half joking about Jimmy Sexton. This whole NIL is a mess. We have very successful businessmen on our board. They do annual and update strat plans every year. They put in strawman plans for "what if" contingencies. NIL in one form or another has been on the horizon for years. How we could have been caught so flat footed befuddles me, absolutely befuddles me.

We should have had a short list of candidates to run it and an entire strawman of an organization chart in place to work with the ceo when hired.

And yes we certainly should have reached out to one of the mega agencies of today. And I even mentioned someone from Sexton's organization.

You need a fundraising division as well as a division that can organize 85 contracts a year, liaise with the coaching staff to give them their allocation for funding each year and let them decide the pay by position.

Unfortunately we chose to berate our "evil boosters" the same ones we convinced to spend 90 million dollars on a recording studio and a barber shop, then convinced them we needed 30 million to get rid of a coach. Im certain they have now reminded us that had we spent 120 million on NIL a blind donkey could have coached us to a national championship.

BUTT no its "cause we aint gots no cruitin coaches, we needs some cruitin coaches".
