Hooker did not start that game. He came in when UT was down 24-6 I believe. He brought UT with in 1 score. If Hooker starts that game UT wins. Hooker threw for almost 3000 yards and 31TD’s last year in 9 starts. If I’m not wrong Hooker had the best efficiency, best TD to INT ratio, and had 2nd best completion rate in the SEC. They return 5 OL form last year, along with top 2 running backs and their top WR in Tillman. Tillman is the only receiver in the SEC returning that had 1000+ yards last year. Defense will be improved as UT improved depth over the off Season and return the top tackler at LB in Banks. Defensive side also returns Young and Barron on the DL. UT has enough pieces in place right now to be really good this year.

Then why isn't Tennessee ranked right now? Also, Pittsburgh is ranked at 17. How can that be? I guess experts know something about Pittsburgh even though they lost their top receiver and quarterback. Something is telling me that Pittsburgh will be fine.
