Plug and play. Saban just inserts another 5 star talent and the train rolls on.

It's not always that simple. Look at Alabama in 2010. That was one of the most talented teams on paper that Saban has had at Alabama, but they still lost 3 games. Much of the great talent that year were young, inexperienced guys.
