The laws are laws. People can have opinions but it’s in black and white.
If I were an Aggie fan I’d be more worried that a “team captain” is behaving like this more than the splitting of hairs regarding .066 BAC and the amount of weed

That his civil rights were violated, which is essentially what you’ve assumed from the beginning? No, you’re not “probably right” about that. That’s a huge leap you’ve been taking with nothing to support it as of now.
