re: NIL or Transfer Portal.. Which one is worse for college football??

Gonna be alot of bust getting paid big Money. I think players shouldnt be able to sign NIL deals until after they have played a year whether that be as a true or redshirt freshman. This way an accurate pay scale can be applied for players that have proved themselves. I Also think the transfer portal should not be an option until after a player has been with a school for 2 years or more. They need rules because right now this is combination looks like a disaster in the making.
