Neither. Telling legal adults they can't work while you make millions off their labor is anti-American and something China would do. Let's put a cap on coaches salaries and restrict their movement then we can talk about player restrictions. Also limit profits to the University. If you all want to keep this an amateur game, then let's go the way of the Ivy schools.
