Actually they can.. between them and Texas I think the only other school that has more to spend would be Harvard.

But, A&M can buy

Facilities
equipment
Amenities
Etc.
And OU will struggle to keep pace.
Businessmen are way more interested in having NIL deals with A&M athletes. So, A&M athletes will profit way more from their NIL than OU athletes.
Nothing about that changes wins and losses.
That's why I don't know why everybody keeps bitching about it. Unless, they know that football is more about Jimmys and Joes and not so much XXs and OOs?
One thing is certain--to improve OU's situation, you should start more threads stating the obvious. That'll help.

and what did all those "Coaches, Facilities, equipment, Amenities Etc." buy you? Absolutely nothing. Doesn't everyone say LSU is poor as some kind of joke? They don't laugh at our trophy case.
