You’re suggesting that “A&M” illegally signed up and transferred money for NIL deals to RECRUITS when they could’ve just waited a few months and done so legally?
As soon as an NIL offer is extended as a condition of enrolling at a school, a violation of state law has occurred.
Perhaps you're aware that NIL was intended for student athletes at universities, not for high school (or middle school) students to entice them to play for a university.
