We all knew Saban sucks to work for. That's nothing new.

So Jimbo hates being detail oriented, loves to complain, and idolized Terry Bowden as his coaching mentor. This explains a lot as to why Jimbo has yet to produce a consistent winner as head coach. Just like Terry Bowden at Auburn, Jimbo's whole career has been a short-lived high and a lot of average.

Read this excellent ESPN article about the downfall of FSU football and it reflects the above quote about the lack of detail in Jimbo's program and his incessant whining to administrators. Stories of players faking injuries to avoid practice, an overall collapse of discipline,etc.
