High achievers don’t like ordinary people and ordinary people don’t like high achievers. It’s not a secret. It’s well known Nick is hard to work for, he’s wired differently and demands his coaches match his work ethic. Jimbo is notoriously unorganized. It’s another reason this is eating at Saban’s craw, he knows Jimbo and knows that Jimbo isn’t outworking him.
