So I’ve got two season tickets that I haven’t moved since getting them. I’ve got two kids coming up that will eventually come to games with us so I’m going to need two more seats. I don’t want to move my current seats so I wanted to start keeping an eye out to see if the two seats on either side of me come open.

My question is with Football Seat Selection online tool. In the past I’ve just skipped my appointment time because I didn’t want to switch but would like to do it now to see what’s available. If I log in at my time and nothing is available, can I back out and just go about my day and nothing will happen to my seats? Old man question obviously but I just want to make sure I don’t give up my current two seats by starting that process and then not doing anything if nothings open around me.

Do you have a ticket rep at RF to contact? I’d suggest calling them and asking about 4 together. They’ve been known to move seats for you over the phone if you’re wanting four together. Then when your selection time comes up you’ll see the four together.

I do not but I can definitely give them a call. That would be awesome if they could swing that. I appreciate the tip!

That is excellent advice.

Called and every dang seat on my row is locked in with season tickets already so he couldn’t do anything. Stupid winning seasons and positive momentum.

Two seats are open directly in front of us so if fate keeps them open until my pick next week then I’ll probably just grab them for now.

Thanks again for the help!

Should've planned ahead and bought them when Chaggie was Coach

Dude that is exactly what I told the wife three years ago when our row was EMPTY besides us. The downside of marrying an accountant is she didn’t see the value in buying seats our kids wouldn’t use for years that we would just give to our friends for free. So dumb.

Chesh why don’t you just move rows/sections? I opened up 3D this morning and there are plenty available in the South end zone corners. Not sure where your tickets are but I think we talked before you got tickets and I told you the corner was my favorite spot in stadium.

I’m debating moving seats this year but haven’t decided. I downsized total tickets under Morris from 8 to 4. Thinking of going back to 8 this year and getting the 4 additional in Pig Heaven on the east side.

OT: The north end zone looks to be a catastrophe in regards to season tickets. The tickets are $1400-$1500 and absolutely no donation is required. It would make sense to me that they dropped the high cost, add Big Hog level donor which is $500, and make those seats the same as south end zone. So many open seats there in the north.

Can you view 3D outside your selection time? I remember you could when they first rolled it out but I haven’t been sent a link for it this year yet.

My seats are in the corner just like you suggested. I’m hesitant to move because I’ve got the perfect seat for me. I’m a stand the whole game person and I’ve got tickets in a spot where I can do that and there’s no one behind me that I can block. Selfish I know but I’d really hate to lose that.

Got a link you can share? I can’t find one with an admittedly lazy search.

Yes. Log in on your laptop and it should be on top right column. Click on it and you can view available seats.

Use the change password link they had in the 3D email last week. Just don’t change your password. When you get to that page just select log in from the drop down menu.

You guys are awesome. I was doing it on my phone the whole time. Wild that it’s a completely different look on my iPad. I was able to get in a look around finally.

My selection isn’t until Friday so it’ll be interesting to see how it shakes out. You’re right though on so many seats being open in the NEZ. Definitely tempting to move over there. Is it still going to be free beer over there again this year?
