It’s good for Drew, and it sounds like it’s even better for kc mizzou folks ha

I doubt if it’s good for KC. They’re sacrificing their future but the Broncos will be a contender now. With Mahomes’ rapid decline, Chiefs could very easily be the 3rd best team in the division now

Chiefs fans are in denial but it’s the truth. Mahomes is still a top 10 QB but he’s no longer the best QB in the league and likely won’t be again

I think it's obviously now between Denver and KC for the AFC West. The defense needs to focus on getting a FA that can rush the passer. The offense is in need of better running back play so that they don't give these light boxes so they have everyone drop back. It's why Clyde sucks so much, he gets light boxes and still isn't that productive.
As far as Drew, man, reports are out of Denver that he was shocked by this. I do feel for him but there has got to be more to this than just his play. He had a good game vs KC. Seahawks might use him to trade to Houston for Deshaun.

Admittedly I'm a homer when it comes to former Mizzou players, but I think it's way too early to close the book on Drew. Coaching sucked in Denver and he really only was the starter for one full season.
One thing for sure, if he gets the opportunity in Seattle and succeeds, there will be a lot of sportswriters with egg on their faces. I've yet to read one optimistic outlook on his prospects in Seattle. One guy went so far as to trash his college playing days by saying he was not a good "anticipatory passer" even in college. Yeah, that's pretty much proven by the fact that he is #3 ALL TIME SEC in both single season and career passing TDs. Gee, I wonder where he would be if he had anticipated some of those routes and openings

Lock is the next Chase and Blaine. Not a bad way to make a living though

From reading the Denver Bronco message boards, they are implying that Drew isn't the greatest leader, add the below average play and the lying about covid thing a year and a half back; the coaching staff doesn't really trust him and the players are not confident with him on the field, notably the receivers. Obviously he needs a fresh start somewhere else. I have always wanted him to go to the 49ers; even as a back-up would be fine.

Don’t know him so have no idea, but he always struck me as a bit immature. Just seemed happy with whatever. Which is fine but probably doesn’t make you a starter at the next level

Right, and we like him. But pretend we didn't. He gives off the "President of Pi Kappa Alpha" vibe for sure.
