And that’s fine. I’m just pointing out that other people bring in coaches that they trust. I don’t see that as a bad thing.

Some of the other team management issues are certainly a red flag. Seem to be some changes in the recruiting strategy this year, but as of now that is a bad look too. The portal usage also hasn’t filled the gaps on this team. There are definite problems, I just don’t think the Kiseau and Bellantoni promotions are the biggest ones.

I could obviously be wrong but it all seems to me like the administration and booster side is in cost cutting mode. They kicked the can down the road to allow the new President and his hires to make the next hire. I personally don't disagree with the decision. The candidate pool will be a lot deeper with the structural changes from new leadership being aligned. It is what it is. I'll still be a fan and hope like hell Harsin is successful but I'm not overly optimistic about the next few seasons.

That’s a fair point. I’d rather him succeed/fail with his people than with people forced on him.
