Even for things outside football. I still don’t like the dome idea. If events outside of football getting canceled do to weather is the prerogative, at the worst make it an indoor/outdoor stadium like Sofi stadium in LA. A full on dome doesn’t make sense.

Oh I was assuming we were talking about a retractable roof stadium. I agree, a full on dome would be stupid here
