Considering how far the barn has burned and will continue to burn thru Spring, 7-5 might not be a bad season.

If Bama is one of them, raise/ extension. Heck with the attempted suicide of a program, if he gets 7 wins it would be a miracle.

I wanted to give them hope at 7 wins, 5 wins in 2023 is more realistic in 2023 with Freeze and owning 120 million to former coaches

Bammers sure try to shoot down Freeze to AU. I wonder why? Of course when he was in the league many people felt he was the second best coach in the SEC, even being at Ole Miss.

Because of statements like these from people who have been connected to Auburn longer than you’ve been alive.
Additionally, Sankey unofficially blocked Saban from adding Freeze to Bama’s staff as an assistant coach as little as 3 years ago. It’s illogical to believe he’s softened his stance to allow him to become a head coach in the league now.

Phillip Marshall was the one who was pushing for Steele. He had connections with Gus and didn't want him fired. He is so out of touch with Auburn and only has a job because of his past and his father. Is that what you made your bet on ?
