Yep, the policy was just put up on Auburn's website. It says all employees must cooperate in internal investigations. Employees must answer all questions and produce all documents asked of them. Failure to do so can result in termination.
It appears AU is trying to use Harsin's silence as a tool to fire him for "not cooperating." The problem is you can't write a policy and put it into effect retroactively. It doesn't work that way and Harsin's attorneys will eat them alive if this is their strat.
However, that may not be their goal. It could be that this new policy will force previously silent people to now talk (or be fired). This seems more likely.
