Well, A&M did finish 10-0 and ranked #1 by the AP in'39, so they have the 1, there other two they claim are bogus a hell.

How can anyone prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a team that finished #1 in the AP Poll (before the BCS era) wasn't the NC?
Hint: He can't.
