Saban does not get his hands dirty. He has the REC to do that. Plus his magnetic personality attracts the best.

He states this, after just last year bragging about his QBs 1 million dollar NIL deal. Too funny
Got it Sabin, NIL is good for Bama to help in their recruiting. Not so much for other schools.
