Brian Kelly has won everywhere he’s been.
I guess beating Navy, BC, Purdue, and Stanford is impressive, but it ain't exactly the SEC.

By your standards anybody without a national title is a joke of a coach. Kelly won 3 D-2 titles by the way. No comparison, but if you’re asking what he’s won. He’s won.
