Literally meet folks often who come to T-Town for the atmosphere and the Sports life.
My brother sat next to a father, daughter on a plane 10 years ago. There were from NJ IIRC. Father stated Bama was the only place his little girl wanted to go... Because of football.
(during non-Covid years) the ratio of out-of-state students to in-state is 2 to 1.
Saban is worth 10 times his salary and Thibadeaux didn't impress me.
