That sounds good and all but A&M hasn't recruited at this level before. Closest was the late '80s/early 90's when we won 7 Conference Titles.

You guys better hope these NIL rumors aren't true, because if they are you are about to get fricked.

You can't use the NIL for recruiting. I know shite will happen and it's kind of the wild west right now, but there is 1 thing that will get you fricked and A&M appears to be flaunting that one thing.

You don't use NIL to buy players, you give it to the players already on the team, and that lets future players know they are going to be well taken care of.

The rumors that an OU fan posted? The same OU who had BARRY SWITZER as head coach?

Unless you are talking about Message Boards, A&M isn't flaunting anything. Jimbo has been clear that he is following the rules and only telling kids what is possible. The Admin certainly isn't talking NIL. The boosters are silent as the grave and there certainly isn't a press release with a fake charity setup like Texas was trying. Are we paying players? Almost certainly, but there are so many ways to do that within the rules now and the NCAA has no claws anymore and good luck proving we are breaking rules that are already vague at best.
