Hate to say it but we won’t have any consistency in baseball until we invest some in the facilities. And a tiny investment that makes us slightly less awful isn’t gonna do it.

We just built a $5M player development center. Were selling out season tickets in our definitely to small stadium, so money is flowing in.

Our issue is and will be for the foreseeable future compensation to players. I'm hoping the NIL group will really allow that to shine.

The reason we are low is due to the large amount of roster churn since we can't offer but 1 year deals to guys. We don't have the luxury to have scholarship money not being effectively utilized.

We also no longer have a stud recruiter on campus. As much as I love Butch, Huddy, and Gabe, they are average at best recruiters. I wouldn't hate for Gabe to go cut his teeth at a smaller school as a head coach so we can bring in a young recruiter.

I'm not really expecting to host this year, but we absolutely should be in the conversation to make the postseason.

Edit: it was a real dick punch when Bohannan went to bama. Guy is an ace recruiter and a good coach to our biggest rival.
