I hope he is good enough to start next year but I doubt he will be.
These are senior highlights of AJ McCarron. He is 6'4" at 190 lbs. He is a beanpole.

Star or McElroy....but Saban always says he doesn't believe in Redshirting if the kid is good enough to play. A redshirt usually does a QB well so he can learn the system. We will cross that hurdle when we get there

I hope Star gets the start next year. I think he is more atheletic than Greg McElroy but that is just my opinion, I have no real facts to base that on. He is a big guy and has a very strong arm.

Nice hilite real, but I wonder if he can catch a snap from the shotgun that isn't aimed over his head.

ive seen both of them line up pregame and star looks like vince young! he is tall and fast! i would have that type of offense! but i can complain about the offense we have right now!
