He owns and operates his own Shrimp Boat in LaRose, LA, he will be shrimping in the spring! Which is why he is affectionately called the SBC - shrimp boat captain!
But since he doesn’t have a cook on the boat he does all his cooking of canes fried chicken in his galley!
