It is. Every state is on a different level.

I will say it again. When these doors opened, it allowed way more than what people bargained for and unless it's regulated then it will lead to those things.


Here is a real example. Why does a great College talent only have 4 years? Other students can go to college for 12 plus years. Why can't Tebow go back to college and play?

I mean, he would get a NIL for at least 1 million per year and he will truck some punk asses on the DL.

All that would take is a law suit.
