People are moving here because jobs are here. It’s not going to stop anytime soon. I don’t foresee crime becoming a large issue here then again I am born and raised LR so “rising crime” in Fayetteville is arbitrary. I would focus on how to capitalize on the population shift or just go ahead and move to Siloam Springs.

Gang violence "Messicans" in Springdale and Rogers is at an all time high.
Not as bad as tRock and Pine Bluff but it's growing rapidly with the wide open border issue.
