I think the people that are really worked up about this are angry about the "PTB" or whatever you want to call it meddling in Auburn athletics rather than thinking Harsin is doing a great job at this point. Which ya know fair enough people can be annoyed by that.

However - whether or not he did something egregious, from a practical standpoint, I just don't see how you can expect Harsin to turn things around now that all of this has gone down. How does he recruit?

I'd also say that the level of rebellion/discord among players is pretty darn high if we're being impartial. Maybe there's "cancer" on the team from players who love Malzahn's "player's coach" approach, but you usually don't have guys that are about to be drafted making public statements that they dislike the old coach.
