Yes, more moderators will be required but that doesn't necessarily mean more moderation on the main SEC Rant board (more strict enforcement of guidelines).
I was talking more moderation as in the SEC Rant main board becoming more like tidefans (uptight a-hole mods) and less like 4chan (no mods).
I actually enjoy the leniency on the main SEC Rant.
The more moderated (enforced) team boards would be a good way to alleviate the trolling/flaming without giving up freedom on the SEC Rant.
In my opinion.

Makes sense to me but these would definitely be called mods...let's not kid ourselves by calling them admins.

That's what I've been saying. Strict no flaming policy on team boards. SEC Rant will always be SEC Rant.

I think these will replace the Team Pages on the left hand side so that they're easy to access for everyone. I'm sure we'll get at least one or two more team boards here shortly though.
ETA: Now that I've said this, Chicken will do the exact opposite to prove me wrong.

The policy would remain the same like it does on all the boards now.
It's the selectivity of the enforcement that would need changing.
Chicken and the Admins have done a fantastic job skirting enforcement of the guidelines in place now without really coming off as hypocritical.
I would look for this to continue but maybe a little less tolerant on the team forums.

Yeah, hence why 1-2 admins/mods/tattletales/whatever for each board from each fanbase is a good idea IMO. They'll know when someone is freaking out/out of line since they know their fans pretty well.
