Just a style thing. Some coaches prefer to hold the timeouts for late clock situations and Bruce is one of them.

This conversation looks familiar. Couple times we have come out TV timeouts looking better and it’s become apparent Bruce doesn’t want to use a TO if TV timeout comes soon.

The TO thing IMO is over played. It's just Bruce's coaching style. He prefers to let his teams play through adversity and figure it out. I believe it helps him later in the year.
