Well, I’m kind of putting trust in Bruce on this one. Even though he’s his son, I don’t think he would want to set his son up for failure either, nor lose some the credibility he has built with the Auburn fan base. Let’s see what he has. First big test is keeping the team from jumping.

The team knows SP and if we knew who would take over after Bruce, I'm sure they did as well. It's also nice that Bruce will have an office in the building.

I think Steven is going to be a lot like Todd Golden. Bruce record really took off at Auburn when Steven was promoted to assistant coach. Not saying that’s why but I don’t expect any drop off. I think he will ask for advice and listen to it for all off court and player management.

I hope so. My concern is that Golden was initially expected to take over before he got the Florida job.
I don't hate it, but I'm looking forward to see how it plays out.
