Do y'all think DC recruits any differently than Trooper? Do y'all think kids will commit to him instead of committing to the school? I liked Trooper and didn't mind if a kid committed to a coach as long as it got them here. But if you were calling for Trooper's head, I don't see why you would want DC at Auburn. He's not that much different than Trooper from what I've seen.

Well that and bama fans haven't started saying things repeatedly about him that insecure auburn fans adopt and repeat as the gospel.

The best way to keep DC from stealing recruits from Alabama and negative recruiting Auburn is to pay him.

If you can't beat'em, join'em.

DC is a more refined version of Trooper and will be easier for folks to accept without the backward hats, chest bumps, and beloved towel

We're all familiar with Demon Craig's recruiting tactics while at FSU. Suffice it to say his recruiting is as dirty as a third world porn flick. Looks like his success slinging mud, especially at Bama, has caught the attention of the Auburn mafia and they want to bring him home. Not a done deal yet, but stay tuned.

This good.

So i clicked the link, read the subject line and then stopped.

Not becuase it won't be funny, but because i'd like to ask how many times does the phrase "he's dirty, so he's perfect for auburn" or some form thereof appear?

Also, what's the auburn mafia? Just auburn but with a much more salacious tone?

I think the culture created by Trooper and allowed by Chizik made our players too buddy-buddy with the coaching staff, which in turn leads to so many bad things for a football program. It is cool to care about your players on a level that is deeper than football and it is cool to jump up and down and motivate your players on the sidelines...but at the end of the day your players should fear every single person on that staff. If you don't come to work and improve everyday you should expect to get torn a new one and punished.

It doesn't seem that Craig is exactly like Trooper in this regard.

The least safe I've ever felt in my life was in that county. Anyone that chooses to live there deserves to be offended.

Tate is the best thing going in terms of Auburn reporting right now.

He really is

There's more

quote:

I asked him about taking with Auburn. He said: "You know I can't talk about that."

I asked if he'd spoken with Gus. He said the same thing, but he was laughing about it the whole time. My "instincts" tell me there's a whole lot more to the story here.
