You can look at the situation and say i don't want that. Then do a blind change.


Or you could look at the situation. Evaluate your options and pick the best one.

To me, I don't see an obvious candidate out there that I want. Instead of doing a crapshoot, I'd rather try and work on the guy that I know has the capability to do the things I want because he's done it before.

Ideal situation? Of course not. Better than the other options I'm looking at? I think so.

Well I don't really know why he ever really went away from it.

I think he got caught up looking at talent instead of fit or he was just convinced he could adapt to anybody.

I'm not really convinced he'll change though.
