It means Gus wants him to coach at the High School ranks before coming to Auburn. He has agreed to do that as a principal.

I'm told tonight that Robinson is telling people he will follow Muschamp to Auburn, like Phillip's article states, but that he may stay and coach Florida through the bowl game.
There are bowl game bonuses involved and with the Florida coaching staff up in the air, that's a professional move.
Again, Robinson is telling people close to him he is coming, but it would be after the bowl game. That's as of Friday night.
