just a matter of ramping it up more and designating a portion for NIL before the check is written.

This shows me you still don't understand.

Interesting conversation you had with the Neville's...surprised they would be so candid as to divulge such selfish motives.

Or is this just a general criticism of the way a large majority of University projects are funded? ...with detailed contracts that stipulate all varieties of demands, such as naming opportunities, certain facility features, etc.

I've designed many of these kinds of facilities, thus have met with, dined with, and presented to a lot of donors and I can assure you I've never met one that didn't have an amazing vision or care deeply about what they were contributing tens of millions to.

Literally no one is mad that we were given 20 million dollars. I can't believe I had to explain that to you. Jesus Christ this board...

Whose actions are deemed worthy? WTF is this. What qualifies someone to be worthy? I think graduating the university or having some tie PLUS DONATING an inordinate amount of money is worthy. It's not like it's a private opportunity.

The opportunity is, have money, be willing to donate it, have a tie to the school, and then put in a little request for the name for the millions you've donated and for what you're donating towards--in this case student athletes.

Someone who you might deem worthy might not want to donate, might not have the money to, etc.

Example Charles Barkley might could, but it doesn't mean he wants to donate to do so, even though he's been a fantastic ambassador after graduation
