Dude, I'm not Corch and going to argue with you all damn night long in this forum.

You and Corch and Bo can have your open relationship and love each other forever. Best of luck.

Just because you bros in the Navy tended to do this doesn't mean others are into this. Tell me exactly what Bo was leaving behind and I guarantee you are lying if your answer is just "comments."

I wish the Oregon Ducks in this forum, you and Corch and your Duck hero Bo, good health and the best of fortune.

You one time endured running out of Cheetos from mom's basement while playing videogames and then had to go to the grocery store. Hallowed be thy name.
Jang.
I am not trying to fight you. So quit making up random scenarios about me. Your evaluation could not be farther from the truth.
The last time I “ran out of my mom’s basement” was when I turned 18, worked a full time job, put myself through Auburn in 3 1/2 years, graduated with honors, and then finished medical school.
I get it - you love Bo Nix and you want to defend him. But really, do you want Auburn to suffer in the process? The issues with Auburn and the Nix family was a product of Gus and Potato man’s ineptitude.
Sure, lots of fans took sides and criticized players. But, the same people cheered them when they won.
Do you think any Auburn fans wanted Auburn to lose the night in Baton Rouge just because they did not like Bo’s personality/attitude?
I can’t imagine they did.
But I feel like you would cheer for Bo and Oregon to beat Auburn this year if we magically met in the playoff - just so Auburn fans (who were negative to him) would suffer.
If so, you need to learn to love Auburn and not focus on the people you disagree with. It makes all the difference.

Not jang, but my response would be hoping a kid, who grew up bleeding orange and blue and gave his all for Auburn during a very very difficult time, does well does not make Auburn "suffer" in any way. The only reason people here hate on him is because he made them look foolish for all the crap they talked about him while he was here.

Well duh. It was just a joke; I dont know anything about you.
quote:Nah maybe normal fans. People were too butthurt to give Bo his due. You still got posters today that think he got coaches fired.

Would surprise me if that didnt happen actually. The night in Baton Rouge followed Georgia State, thus many didnt like TJ didnt get that following start. There are a few like BB that would rather complain about Nix. There are others like Jville-where I'm not so sure where they stand. When Thorne does well I have to go find jville.

No. But it is unfair to say you don't want Bo winning the heisman just because the media might turn that against Auburn. If anything Auburn fans deserve to be more grateful and could afford to feel more heat. Fans need to find real talent and then hold onto it. We have had real shitty QBs during Bo's eligibility. Some real dark times and while it did lead to Harsin's firing, it was still unnecessary and I willl never get used to losing starters as a football factory school.
And when I say grateful I don't mean as if the Nixes are royalty or the pope. I mean it as Nix was battling hard, and doing his best with a short deck of cards that surrounded him. People knew his situation sucked and still blamed him and that is what I dont get. I saw Nix battle his arse off against Georgia in 2021, our AD hugged him, and then the usuals criticize him for throwing too hard at our receivers.

No. And that is stupid to think that. I did want Bo to have success yesterday though.

You didn’t have to find me very often then, because him doing well was rare.

He was serviceable to pretty good every single game post Ole Miss.

It's wild what our standards have become though to be fair to Thorne he has little chance to be successful with the surrounding cast.

I am humbled by Auburn's suck. After 5 straight games of less than 100 yards passing I can see silver linings poking through. We had less than 100 passing against Bama but we exerted our will when we wanted to in the second half while Thorne's pocket awareness and running ability seemed to improve from start to finish.
