Pay gus and staff a slight raise. But I wouldn't extend too much.

I find Gus’ management of RBs unacceptable, but he earned another year. If he wants to tuck tail and run to Arky he can frick off. He will not be as successful there as he can be at Auburn. He just needs to be more consistent in our big games and we can be in the conversation every year. I want to see him look good in some more big games before declaring that he’s gotten over the big game hump. He was literally coaching for his job this year. We’ll see how we do next season.

That said, War Eagle. The last few weeks of the regular season were fun, and I hope there are many more to come!
