This. Just look at the two games Zep missed.

Flanagan appears to have regressed since his injury. The talent is there, he just doesn't seem to mesh well with what is going on when he is in the game.

Maybe the lack of time being able to practice at 100% with the team from day 1 since there are many new faces, and he just doesn't have a feel for where everyone is going and what they are thinking?
