Uh, find one time that I've argued that we should change uniforms. That wasn't what I was arguing about at all.

I'll hang up and listen.

Again, bigger/better programs than Auburn have modified/added to their uniforms recently.

Yeah you continue to mention that you don't support it but you keep trying to point our valid reasons that AU should change it up. Those are just two quotes that could lead one to believe that you are arguing in support for change.

You could think that, but that would totally go against what I said. If I say that I don't want changes, I don't want changes. You can try to twist my words and make it look like I'm arguing for changes, but you're wrong.

My problem was with the people that say that only lesser and gimmicky teams change up their look. That's what I argued against. Also, I was arguing against the people who said we never changed and we never will.

Just because I pointed out valid reasons doesn't mean I support it. If you read what I actually typed out, you'll know I'm not arguing for change.

To be fair, you didn't mention you were anti-change until well after those posts.

Carry on.

This is true. Didn't realize this until I went back and looked.

So is this thread not even in support of changing just being argumentative that auburn should be open to change or have goofy uniform day?

We should drop the tramp stamp and call it a day.

Unrelated question. What are the splits here between joining the fad of alt unis and age? I'm guessing 25+ leave it be under is hoping for some updated unis

Nope. I thought it and it magically appeared on my screen.

You said that teams without tradition are the ones that change up their uniforms.

I proved that wrong.

Then you make another statement based on personal opinion. Nothing wrong with that, just start off with that next time. Don't make stuff up that's completely wrong. I don't think Auburn needs to change up their uniforms either, but I don't make statements like you did and then have to back up to arguing from my opinion.

That was what I called backtracking.

Look, I don't really care enough to argue. You win.

I never stated any facts, I gave my opinion and it hasn't changed. We could argue over tradition all day but it's pointless.

Congratulations, you're victorious. I'm sure your parents are proud. I'm going to go lick my e-wounds and wonder if I'll recover.

Anyway- I don't recall seeing some of those uniform combos in any games, did they all actually play a game in those?

The Michigan one was against Notre Dame last year, when Denard went off under the lights.
Army one is from a year or two ago, but I think they still use it.
Navy one is from this year.
Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Notre Dame are from this year as well.
Ohio State wore that one against Michigan a couple of years ago.
