Yup and he's an offensive tackle Chris Akporoghene
Bad news is he attends IMG a place we have not signed anyone from. So does our Nigerian pipeline outweigh our IMG allergy

That ranking is gonna rise. Just won the OL MVP at Rivals camp. He played really bad competition in Tennessee but is at IMG now & has a chance to really blow up this summer

AU offered 3* TE Sean Brown last night & KN put in a CB for AU. He's blown up over the last week with offers from Tennessee, Maryland & Kentucky. Looks like his highlights are now private for some reason but I like his skillset. I think he's the type of player you have to sign & use before you can start signing the flashier guys at TE

What I think Auburn will do: Multiple Auburn wide receiver targets have told me that Tigers coaches only want one more wide receiver in this class. With Pickens already committed — and the massive 2016 and 2018 wide receiver hauls — the Tigers don’t have a glaring need at the position in 2019. In fact, the Tigers would be just fine going with a one-receiver class as it did in 2017.
But with Pickens already in the class — though still having to fight off plenty of other programs — Auburn sits in a position where it can continue to go after blue-chip receivers. If the Tigers want to take one, this could be a first-in-the-boat situation, where Auburn will accept the commitment from the first willing prospect with a committable offer.
It’s likely Auburn goes with one other wide receiver and tries to hold off Alabama and others for Pickens, who has been committed to the Tigers since last summer. That would be a solid duo whoever it is Auburn adds alongside Pickens.
I would be happy with a Keyton/Pickens or a Torbor/Pickens combo. The dream is Jalen Curry (who has AU in his top group with LSU, A&M & Ohio State) & Pickens but we will see

What I think Auburn should do: Much like with the quarterbacks, Auburn’s decision to take more than anticipated will be dependent on draft-eligible underclassmen leaving early.
Two wide receivers will depart with Davis and Hastings set to graduate after their senior seasons. Of the potential early entries, Slayton and Craig-Myers are the only ones who fit into the could category, though Stove, McClain and Cannella will be eligible to do so, in theory. Even Slayton and Craig-Myers would have to blow up during the 2018 season to shoot up draft boards.
If it becomes evident that will happen for Slayton or Craig-Myers, it would make sense to add a third wide receiver in the class, if coaches felt it could afford to sacrifice a scholarship spot elsewhere.

Standout safety Jaylen McCollough describes importance of his mid-week Auburn visit (SECCountry)
quote:
The purpose of Jaylen McCollough’s visit to Auburn
AUBURN, Ala. — Jaylen McCollough isn’t a huge fan of junior days.
The 4-star safety from Powder Springs, Ga., appreciates more personalized time with coaching staffs when he takes his recruiting visits. On a typical junior day Saturday, McCollough is just one of dozens of prospects, so coaches can’t customize visits to a specific recruit. On a Wednesday in February, a school can cater to a single visitor to line up with that prospect’s interest.
That’s what made McCollough’s visit to Auburn so important for the future of his recruitment.
“Mid-week, everybody [in the class] is doing something as opposed to coming up on a Saturday when everyone is here. So we came to have 1-on-1 with the coaches and it turned out pretty good,” McCollough said. “It’s very important. At junior days, you don’t really get to have 1-on-1 with the coaches. This experience played a big factor in me coming to Auburn.”
McCollough’s two strongest relationships at Auburn are with running backs coach Tim Horton and defensive backs coach Greg Brown.
Horton is his area recruiter, so he’s the one who visits Hillgrove High School and regularly calls and texts to check up on McCollough. As for Brown, the Auburn defensive backs coach took the same film-session approach he’s successfully taken with other recruits such as Quindarious Monday and Christian Tutt.
Brown’s sit-down time with McCollough showed the 6-foot-1, 190-pound safety exactly how he’d fit into the Tigers’ scheme.
“I was with Coach Brown half the day just watching film, talking about how he wanted to use me,” McCollough said. “We went over certain coverages they play and where I’d be in the secondary. We talked about Tray Matthews and how he could see me being another Tray Matthews. It sounds great.”

Where Auburn stands among loaded competition
Name a program, and it has probably offered McCollough.
He holds offers from more than two dozen blue-blood programs, including Auburn, Alabama, South Carolina, Ohio State, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida State. It’s early in McCollough’s process, but he also said he doesn’t expect it to drag into his senior season.
The 4-star safety — ranked No. 4 at the position nationally — would like to have his process near a finish by the fall.
“I’m just taking it slow. I’ll probably commit sometime before the fall. I want my senior year so I can can just focus on football and graduating early,” McCollough said.
With a early-fall decision in mind, the new official visit window would allow pivotal spring official visits. McCollough said he hasn’t concentrated on those spring or summer visit plans, but he said he expects to take a few in the spring and the remainder in the fall.
Auburn made a strong early claim for one of those five official visits.
“Auburn will be an official visit,” McCollough said. “I know as of right now Auburn and Ohio State. Those are two for sure and probably sometime down the road I’ll think of three other schools for official visits.”
A few programs to watch closely with McCollough: South Carolina, Alabama, Florida State and Georgia.
Alabama currently leads the 247Sports Crystal Ball projections, if you’re looking for an idea of where public perception is.
That makes McCollough’s trip to Auburn especially interesting given his last visit to the Plains came for the Iron Bowl. In fact, McCollough said that previous time at Auburn — his first as a recruit — is what encouraged him to come back for a more exclusive visit with coaches.
“The Iron Bowl is one of, if not the greatest, rivalries in college football. Alabama has always been a great state for football, so Auburn and Alabama were always two schools to look at,” McCollough said. “Seeing Auburn beat Alabama just played a bigger factor. Just them showing interest is amazing.”
For now, McCollough doesn’t have any other unofficial visits set in stone. When he does start planning other visits, a return to Auburn is in the cards.
“[This visit] helped a lot. Just getting a feel for the coaches and the atmosphere on campus, it’s beautiful,” McCollough said. “We’ll definitely be back.”

What I think Auburn will do: Ever since Landon Rice’s dismissal two offseasons ago, Auburn has been in search of a go-to tight end option.
Sal Cannella turned out to be more of a big slot receiver than a tight end. Shenker is the tight end in waiting that people within the Auburn program feel solidly about, strongly enough to turn away targets such as Matt Alaimo in the recent class recruiting cycle.
Harris, Cox and Brown will all graduate after the 2018 season. That will leave a huge hole at tight end and H-back. My inclination: The H-back position won’t be as much a centerpiece of this offense after Cox’s departure. But there will still be vacancies next to Shenker on the depth chart since Joiner’s inclusion here is more a projection than certainty.
Auburn will go after its top targets in this class such as Hudson Henry and Jackson Lowe, but they’ll also look all across the Southeast for top targets. I’d expect more to emerge in the coming weeks as the Tigers hope to figure out the tight end situation sooner rather than later in this cycle.
For now, Brown (offered Wednesday) and Randolph fall into my most-likely category.
Would be cool with Brown & Randolph. Randolph might end up another Cannella in that he is probably more a WR than a true TE. Brown is the exact type of prospect we have been trying to sign the past few seasons
FWIW I really want Luke Deal but not sure how in it for him we are right now
